History
Scholarship is named for founding board member of APFSP, and Member Number 1, Edward J. Fitzgerald. The Academy remains grateful for an impactful memorial gift from the Edward Fitzgerald Family Estate in 2022. 

Award Cycle
Two, $1000 awards will be granted annually. Application window is June 1 – August 31. Deadline is September 1. Successful Candidates will be notified by November 1.
